The Volkswagen Touran is a five door compact MPV that was introduced in the year 2003 by the Volkswagen Group. This model is only available in Europe and its manufacturer is the Auto 5000. This model is related to the Audi A3, the Seat Toledo and the Volkswagen Caddy. Used Volkswagen Touran can be pretty expensive to buy, which is one of their few downfalls. It comes with the 2.0 litre TDI DPF engine, 2.0 litre EcoFuel engine and the 1.4 litre TSI engine. The car has won many awards and in the year 2005 it achieved the “Compact Van of the Year award”. It also scored five stars in the EuroNCAP crash safety rating, which equated to the maximum score. Used Volkswagen Touran cars are a little on the expensive side but still they are very popular throughout the automotive industry. If you want to buy a used Volkswagen Touran then there are many available throughout the UK. Germany would probably be the cheapest option given that this is where the vehicle originally originates from.
